ELIGIBILITY:
This tournament is open to male amateurs who are residents of Maryland or are members of member clubs of the MSGA. Each entrant must have reached 12 years of age but not 19 years of age by midnight of June 29, 2009, except that a player must not be attending college or technical school. Each contestant must also have an up-to-date USGA index at a licensed club of 18.0 or lower as of May 1, 2009. The Handicap Index must be current on the date of the event and must be viewable on the verification site of www.msga.org. Entries are subject to rejection by the MSGA at any time, including during the competition. The reason for rejection may include unbecoming conduct or failure to comply with the requirements of the handicap system. |
