The tournament will be 36 holes stoke play conducted as follows. All competitors regardless of age will play the first 18 holes. The low 24 and ties and those within 8 strokes of the leading score will play a second 18 holes the following day. The Champion will be the low gross 36 hole score in the field. In addition, the winner of each age category will be determined by the low gross 18 hole score of the first round. In the event of a tie for the Championship or the winner of any age category, there will be a sudden death play-off at the conclusion of play on the appropriate day. A tie for any other silver prize shall be resolved by the USGA recommended method outlined in Appendix I. |
