Net Two Man Team

The tournament will be 18 holes Four-Ball Stroke Play with the winning team determined by the 18 hole net best ball score of the team.

Team players do not have to be from the same MSGA member club, but must have a combined USGA index of 36.4 or less.

The field will be limited to the 56 teams processed on a first come first serve basis.

Coffee and awards luncheon are included in the entry fee.

Motorized carts and range balls are included in the entry fee for both players

The maximum handicap of 36.4 shown on the online registration form is the combined handicap of both members of the team.  The handicap indexes must be at the member club shown on the entry form, must be current on the date of the event, and must be viewable on the verification www.msga.org. 

Net handicap allowance will be 90% of each player's handicap adjusted in accordance with Handicap Manual Sect. 9.4b.ii.  The date of the most current Handicap Index to be used for the tournament will be established by the Tournament Committee.  All Handicap Indexes will be adjusted according to the slope rating of the course being played.

The MSGA will award merchandise prizes to the winning team and other low scorers.  All other prizes are in the form of merchandise certificates which are issued at the conclusion of play and must be exchanged for merchandise at the Pro Shop of  Worthington Manor GC.  For those who win merchandise certificates but are not present when presented at the conclusion of the tournament, their certificates will be left at the Pro shop for them to claim and exchange.  All certificates must be redeemed prior to January 1, 2009.
